Every row is one application. Click a row to read the person’s full answers, then set a status at the bottom.
To count applications: the number at the top left is the total. Choose a status from the dropdown and that number updates to just that group — so “how many have we accepted?” is one click. Export CSV downloads every application, one row each, to count or sort in Excel or Google Sheets.
Statuses. New means nobody has opened it yet. Reviewed means someone has read it but hasn’t decided. Then Accepted, Waitlisted or Declined. Whatever you set is saved for everyone on staff, so the list doubles as the record of where each person stands.
Review first is not a decline. It appears when the applicant answered yes to any of three questions: thoughts of suicide, not feeling safe at home, or being in an unsafe relationship. It means those answers — and whatever the person wrote to explain them — should be read by someone before an acceptance or a decline goes out, so nobody gets a form letter about a hard disclosure. Open the application and look at the Health & Safety section; the yes answers are printed in red.
Please keep this page to yourself. These answers include abuse history, behavioral health and suicidal thinking. Nothing here is ever emailed — staff only get a “new application from X” note, and the answers themselves live only on this page. Sign out when you’re done on a shared computer.
