Jeremiah 29:11-13

11For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

John 3:16-17

16For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Reflect:

The simple truth is: God doesn’t want to harm you; He wants to give you hope and a future. Jesus didn’t come to condemn you but to save you. And He did this for all people! We know hope and salvation come only through Jesus Christ, AND we are called to share that truth with others. We have a chance to view every circumstance as either a curse or a blessing, and our reaction has the ability to reflect God’s light into the world. How will you look at the events of your life today?
