Read: Isaiah 41:13, Matthew 11:28-30

Isaiah 41:13

13For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.

Matthew 11:28-30

28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Reflect:

We are not meant to go through this life alone. God is ready, willing, and able to help. He wants to help, so let Him. What burden do you need to give to God today? Which worry can He take from you, to free you up to focus on living life for Him?
