The End of the World is Here! (Advent) - Thursday, December 28
We often get stuck between yesterday and tomorrow, either looking back or looking forward. We need to be reminded God comes to us in the here and now, and all we need to focus on is our life in Christ today.
Fatherhood (Advent) - Wednesday, December 27
As Jesus came into the world not to be served but to serve and lay down his life as a ransom for many, so too a Christian father serves his family, his wife, and their child(ren).
What is the Mission? #missionpossible
This is why Lutheran Indian Ministries exists. Jesus completed his mission on earth, now we are called to follow in his footsteps. Our mission is not yet complete, but we know with God all things are possible. And in the end, God will win. So we go. To equip those who have been found with the knowledge and the ability to go, and find the lost who have not yet heard the incredible news of who Jesus is and why it matters to them.
We must GO to equip the found and find the lost.
God’s Protection: In Teepee, Stable, or House (Advent) - Tuesday, December 26
Whatever your house may look like, be reminded in the coming year that true protection comes only from faith in King Jesus. Build your life and home on faith, hope, and love.
For You, A Savior is Born (Advent) - Monday, December 25
He came, born as a tiny baby, helpless and vulnerable. Just like us.
This is the message we point to on Christmas Day—the message that a Savior has been born to us all, for we are all image-bearers of God. This is the Good News.
No Room in the Inn (Advent) - Sunday, December 24
Many times, God comes to us so well disguised we do not see His image in the sea of humanity that surrounds us. In so many ways, we are like the innkeeper. He was busy with his job, earning a livelihood. He was stressed by the hordes of people who flooded into his town. His mind was on all of the things he needed to accomplish that evening, and he missed God knocking at his door.
Getting Down Low (Advent) - Saturday, December 23
Remember, it is often the simple and humble things that we do that make us the greatest in God’s eyes. What humble thing is God calling you to in your life? It may be the greatest thing you ever do!

“Who is going to take my place when I am gone? Who will be praying for our people?”
