Instead of telling people what they want, we need to tell them who they are. This works every time. 

We’ll become in our lives whoever the people we love the most say we are.

God did this constantly in the Bible. He told Moses he was a leader and Moses became one. He told Noah he was a sailor and he became one. He told Sarah she was a mother and she became one. He told Peter he was a rock and he led the church.

The truth is when I met Janet, I wasn't sure how I would be able to help her, but God knew. He put us on a path to meet, knowing we would both grow in the process.

LIM has been able to help her, and at the same time, I have learned so much from her. We are walking to the cross, one step at a time.

The same kind of thing is common today. Never mind consistency, find fault with Christianity on all its sides, and with all its preachers, though you have to contradict yourself in doing so.
