Creating Change - Week 3 (Monday Morning Devotion)
As a Christ follower, you have a unique advantage. You don't have to rely on your ability to come up with good ideas, or even the perfect questions. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead is alive in you and the person you’re coaching. If they're willing to allow that Spirit to do what He does, all we have to do is ask, listen, and invite Him to do His work.

The Power of a Story - Grieving in Lawrence
When we tell our story and hear the stories of others, we realize we aren’t alone in our struggles. Once we realize that others are living with the same brokenness, we begin to accept that we are a part of a team. A team that will cheer for us in our victory and support us in our failures.
You Don't Have to be Perfect to Start - Week 2 (Monday Morning Devotion)
Do you have to be a pastor, CEO, or an ageless wizard to develop others?
No. Just … no.
Abraham Lincoln, a man who united a nation and put an end to slavery, was mentored by a 30-something, barely educated, “illegimate” daughter of a farmer who died before Honest Abe was 10.
Wonders That Cannot Be Fathomed
Times change, people retire, and God sets a new course and asks us to be steadfast and follow His lead. Sometimes it takes patience on our part as God prepares the way and prepares us for the next adventure.
Starting the Conversation - Week 1 (Monday Morning Devotion)
Everyday conversations are vital to the work Jesus commissioned us to do. To fulfill this co-mission with Christ, God has deliberately placed you in proximity to people He plans to restore. He needs them to be developed to their full potential so they can take part in His plans for the world.

Hope is the Best Gift We Can Give & It Ties Us Together (Monday Morning Devotion - Week 6)
The Church is united by a shared hope. Ephesians 4 tells us “There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all” (Ephesians 4:4-6). We were called to one hope; the hope that is only found in trusting Jesus for the forgiveness of sin.
